Innovation Coach Joern Steinz (MBA)
Joern Steinz is the Founder & CEO of INNOMINDS, a Hamburg-based innovation training and consulting firm operating across Europe. Since founding the company in 2014, he has led hundreds of innovation workshops, coaching programmes and strategic transformation initiatives.
He supports organisations of all sizes — from global corporations to scale-ups and public-sector institutions — helping them strengthen customer discovery, develop innovative products and services, and design sustainable business models.

Before founding INNOMINDS, Joern worked as a consultant at Accenture and in Corporate Development at XING, contributing to strategic growth initiatives and new business development.
Joern holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona and a business degree from the University of Applied Sciences Aachen and Coventry University.
He is known for his pragmatic approach, extensive hands-on experience and strong methodological expertise in innovation, experimentation and business model development.
