Joern Steinz is an experienced innovation trainer and the founder of the Hamburg-based innovation consultancy INNOMINDS.
Since 2014, he has supported companies across Europe in developing new products, services and business models through innovation workshops, strategy sessions and business model training.
His trainings combine structured innovation frameworks, such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Design Sprint and the Business Model Canvas®, practical exercises and real business cases, enabling participants to immediately apply the tools to their own organisation.
Before founding INNOMINDS, he spent more than 10 years working at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group, contributing to the development of new products and services.
He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona and studied Business Administration in Aachen and Coventry.
