Example Agenda Strategy Workshop
Duration: 2 hours, in person (onsite). We split the group into teams of 5–7 people and lead them through a series of guided activities to develop a concrete proposal across four key strategic areas:
North Star
Create an aspirational long-term vision. What does success look like for your organization in five years?
2-Year Goals
What does success look like in two years, and how will you measure it?
3-Month Priorities
What will your teams focus on in the next three months to make the biggest progress toward your 2-year goals?
How to Win
How do you create or extend unique and defendable advantages in your market?
Our Process to Ensure the Desired Results
We apply a proven, structured approach with practical templates and time-boxed activities. Each strategic area follows three steps:
1. Create Options
Everyone reflects individually and shares 1–3 ideas.
2. Discuss
A short team discussion to clarify and refine ideas.
3. Prioritize
Dot voting to identify the most promising options.
To conclude the workshop, each team delivers a three-minute presentation of its results to the other groups and receives brief feedback from peers and the facilitator.

Joern Steinz is the founder and CEO of INNOMINDS. With a background as a consultant at Accenture and as Manager of Corporate Development at XING AG, he spent years “living in workshops.”
In 2014, Joern founded INNOMINDS – an agency dedicated to designing inspiring and effective trainings and workshops. He is also a lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM) and a graduate of EADA Business School in Barcelona.
